Biography & Local Expertise in Real Estate
Born and raised in Mallorca, Piers joined the Real Estate industry following in his father's footsteps. His father, originally from the UK had his own Real Estate agency in Mallorca, which he founded in 1995. Since a young age, Piers learned valuable skills and experience alongside his father and fell in love with the industry. This passion only grew as Piers entered adulthood, he qualified with an API Certificate course in Spanish Real Estate Law in 2016 and never looked back.
Since joining the team in 2018, Piers has immersed himself in gathering knowledge on marketing strategies, digital content and market orientated valuations whilst learning the regulations of Real Estate in Mallorca. As a sales manager, he is running the day-to-day sales operations, setting goals whilst delivering and preparing training sessions for the team.
From city apartments, high-end luxury villas, to commercial properties and hotel businesses Piers has built a large network on the island over the years that allows him to connect buyers and sellers of all kind of real estate. His main focus is to provide a professional service and consultancy on home-buyers, sellers and real estate agents.
At an early stage I learnt the importance of knowing my subject to be able to provide the information required to my clients and advise if the property is the right fit for them.
Piers believes that the most successful Real Estate Agents are those that help others the most -the more people and families you help, the more trusted recommendations will come your way. Communication and building long term relationships is paramount - keeping your clients informed remains a top priority while a simple handshake still conveys trust.
