We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Office Administrator to join the Sandberg Estates Team. As the first person of contact in our busy office, the candidate must be friendly and confident in person and over the phone.

The role will is based in our Portals Nous Office, as the first person of contact for all clients. You will be responsible for managing day to day admin tasks, consistent CRM updates and working along side the rest of the Sandberg Team to ensure a good service to our clients and collaborators.

The Ideal candidate will have experience in Real Estate administration or similar.


Job Description

  • - Daily updates and updates on our Website/ CRM system
  • - Answer and making calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
  • - Provide translations in English/Spanish/German where necessary.
  • - Greet visitors professionally and determine their nature and purpose of visit.
  • - Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, and deliveries.
  • - Schedule appointments, maintain & update calendars.
  • - Support the Mission, Vision, and core values of Sandberg Estates.
  • - Perform basic admin duties, such as printing, filing, notes and photocopying.


Essential Skills

  • - English, Spanish and German
  • - Full Computer Office Skills
  • - Interest in the Real Estate Industry
  • - Knowledge of Mallorca, mainly Palma and South West
  • - Excellent communication skills
  • - Knowledge of Adobe Suites
  • - Highly organised and able to multitask efficiently
  • - Able to work independently as well as in a team
