Daniel Ballmann brings a strong combination of strategic leadership, international business experience, and in-depth local real estate expertise to his role at Sandberg Estates.
Raised between Switzerland and Germany, Daniel has built an international career of over 20 years in business development, marketing, digital transformation, and brand leadership. He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications and an Executive MBA, with additional academic studies in philosophy, media studies, and German literature. Before moving into real estate, he held senior and C-level positions within global luxury and FMCG companies, leading international teams and long-term growth initiatives.
Mallorca has been part of Daniel’s life since early childhood. Regular visits from the age of six, followed by his permanent relocation to the island, have given him a deep and nuanced understanding of its regions and communities.
Prior to joining Sandberg Estates, Daniel spent five years as a real estate consultant at Engel & Völkers in southwest Mallorca, advising an international clientele on premium residential properties, market analysis, and trusted professional partnerships.
Known for his calm professionalism and attentive approach, Daniel combines strategic clarity with genuine care, offering clients thoughtful, transparent, and highly personalised guidance grounded in both experience and local insight.
