Step into the realm of real estate alongside James Prince, a Sandberg Estates agent whose education and experience in the real estate market has positioned him as part of the team today.
James graduated in 2022 with a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate at University of Reading, where he specialised in development and planning, whilst building on his strong communication and negotiation skills that are now being put into best practice. Coupled with his work experience in land buying in the UK, where he sourced, appraised and negotiated land purchases for housing developments, James is quickly building his property portfolio and helping clients of all different nationalities buy and/ or sell a property in Mallorca.
Before moving to Mallorca James was actively involved in the Reading Real Estate Foundation, an organisation aimed at educating less fortunate students the opportunities that are present in the Real Estate industry. He focused on involving participants in summer schools, mentorship programmes and work experience. Combining this with his education and work experience, James has learned how to understand client needs and focuses on this throughout the home buying process.
“Being in an environment with like-minded, ambitious individuals is a great breath of fresh air and I'm grateful for their support. Having the ability to create your own opportunities as a self-employed individual - is very rewarding and I am enjoying the process of seeing through the real estate process with clients from start to finish.”
Since moving to the island one year ago, James has truly settled in to island life and enjoys visits from his family and friends, cold sea swims in the mornings and exploring the island with his family when they visit.
